Completions Administrator
Β£26,500 per annum | Kettering | Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
Looking to kick-start your career in a role with real progression? This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate, college-leaver or junior office administrator to join a busy compliance team and build genuinely transferable admin, records and stakeholder-management skills many of our candidates in similar roles have gone on to progress within the organisation.
You'll be supported every step of the way as you learn the ropes: checking records for accuracy, updating internal systems, liaising with utility companies and colleagues across departments, and helping keep everything running smoothly. No experience needed just a sharp eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing:
Keeping reports up to date and chasing outstanding actions across departments
Responding to queries via the records inbox
Reviewing water, gas and electric service cards and as-laid records for accuracy
Updating systems with completion dates and meter details
Issuing documentation to network adopters
Investigating and recovering missing records
What you'll need:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems
