  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the advisory practice
  • Mentor and support junior team members on technical and client matters

Technical Expertise Required

Candidates should have strong advisory experience in as many of the following areas as possible:

  • Group reorganisations, including: Demergers, Hive-ups and hive-downs, Management Buyouts (MBOs)

  • Corporation tax losses, associated companies, and Qualifying IPs (QIPs)
  • Company purchase of own shares
  • Tax clearances
  • Share schemes (e.g. EMI)
  • Experience preparing share valuations (desirable but not essential)

  • A high-level, general tax advisory background across multiple taxes

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in VAT and/or wider tax advisory roles
  • Proven ability to operate at a senior advisory level and lead client engagements
  • Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to advise on complex, multi-faceted matters
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a non-compliance, advisory-only environment

Why Join Us?

  • Senior, lead-level advisory role with real influence and autonomy
