We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our fantastic team at a 50 bedroom wedding conference venue located in 14 acres of grounds in the Surrey Hills. We are looking for a proactive lead to drive commercial performance across sales, events, and revenue functions. The position is a fixed term contract for 15 months working 40 hours per week and is based at the hotel. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Sales Marketing leadership, you will take overall responsibility for the hotel's Sales function, ensuring delivery of the business objectives and strategic growth plans. You will lead and manage a team including:
- Marketing Co-Ordinator
- Revenue support
- Wedding Events Assistant Manager
- Wedding Co-Ordinator
- Senior Conference Co-Ordinator
Your focus will be on developing talent, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
