Post: Team Leader in a 30 bed residential care home (Registered for dementia / MH clients)
Hours: Full time (Min. 3 shifts per week 11.75hrs/shift)
Salary: £14.95ph incl. pension / 28 annual leave

Must have:
- Prior experience working as a Team Leader in a 30 residential care home setting
- Managing and leading a small team of carers
- Medication cycle skills (ordering, receiving, carry forward, auditing)
- Care planning writing, updating and good written English
- Risk assessments
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Friendly and proactive attitude
Will receive full annual care training (e.g. SOVA, Health & Safety, Infection Control) and an opportunity to develop in NVQ or ongoing training.
Please note if you are a candidate who has worked under a nursing in a care setting. We are residential and do not have nurses working at the Home. The Team Leader role is the most responsible person onsite after the Manager and Deputy.
