Full Time Head Chef POSITION IN A HOTEL
We are currently looking for an experience Full Time, Permanent Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience, producing quality food & service along with the running of a busy kitchen.
The Role:
The Head Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, strong leadership & excellent food quality. This is a hands on role requiringa balance between kitchen duties, operational management & staff development.
Maintain high standard of food quality, safety & hygiene, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
Manage stock control, ordering & calculating cost & achieving gross profit targets
Ensure compliance with all kitchen procedures & processes
Collaborate with the Head of Restaurant & Bar to align kitchen operations with business goals
Maintain consistency while allowing room for creativity within structured menus.
Support team training & developments to sustain operational excellence
Adapt to business demands, ensuring seamless transitions between off-season & peak-season operations
Ideal Candidate
An experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager with a background in high volume kitchens
A confident leader who can inspire & manage a talented & strong willed team
Experience in operational processes such as stock control, compliance & cost management
Capable of working within structured menus while bring innovative ideas to enhance the offering
Calm, capable & able to thrive in a fast paced seasonal environment & present themselves professionally & takes pride in their kitchen
