Windsor, Berkshire * £35,000-£40,000 (dependant on experience) * Permanent, Full-Time * Hours of Work: 9am – 6pm 40 hours per week * To Start: ASAP An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, practical and motivated hands-on Premises Manager to join our client\’s outstanding Site team, working in a school with children aged 2 to 11 years. Our Client, a small independent school in Windsor, has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced site manager to join their team. This is a setting where each and every member of their staff is valued and they are strong in recognising that people can bring different ideas and suggestions, all of which are equally valued. They very much view their team members as extended family and most of their staff have worked with the school for many years. Responsibilities: To carry out the day-to-day duties of running the site, including first line repairs and maintenance of the school site buildings, managing the site and cleaning teams, management of contractors, security of the premises and its contents, carrying out driving duties and assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance. You will need to be flexible, take pride in your work and be able to work with all members of the school community. Basic computer skills and an understanding of health and safety are required. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar position and must hold a valid driving licence. Some out of hours and weekend work will be required.
