Our client, located in Wokingham, has an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their hugely successful and rapidly growing organisation who operate with clients worldwide. This role will uniquely focus on their UK clients. We are looking to engage with candidates who either: – – Come from a background in scheduling works to be carried out by engineers, where strict SLAs have had to be delivered on OR – Have worked within a fast – paced administrative role, by requiring proactivity and resilience. Service Coordinator * React to callouts – (Meaningful response within 15 mins of receipt). * Respond to customer email & phone enquiries – (Meaningful response within 15 mins of receipt). * Getting 3rd party quotes for renewals – (Meaningful response within 1 week of request) * Place PO’s with 3rd party Contractor for Contract Renewal * Scheduling PPM/Smallworks/Projects – (Meaningful response within 2 weeks of receiving Client PO). * Creating and issuing Small Works/Callout quotes and purchase orders * Ordering parts/materials/ for small works * Request/Review third party RAMs and issue to Client – (Meaningful response within 2 weeks prior to the visit). * Informing Accounts of billing for Smallworks and Callouts. * Create Monthly/Quarterly Reports for Client Meetings. * Create Weekly Joblogic Report and send to the engineers. * Create and Send Callout Rota to Message Direct * Keeping Client and 3rd party details updated – via Joblogic and Customer contact sheet. Additional Tasks from admin support * Request and save maintenance reports/check sheets and upload them onto Joblogic. * Request and Check Engineer Timesheets against Joblogic. * Taking minutes at the Engineers weekly maintenance meeting In line with GDPR regulations, we are making you aware that to proceed with your application we will need to contact you via email, telephone and/or text message.
