EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT REMOTE WORKING (Applicants must live within a 15 mile radius of Wokingham. Although this will predominantly be a remote role, we will require some flexibility for occasional team meetings) £30,000- £40,000 (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION PERMANENT We are actively looking to engage with experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about their work and can demonstrate a track record of having achieved/exceeded monthly, financial targets. About us: We are a small team of three recruiters who thrive on working in the ever-changing world of recruitment and truly believe in our service. Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs, we are looking to entrust our consultant to run their own profitable desk. We are all about enjoying what we do, delivering for our clients and reaching or, even better, exceeding our monthly financial targets.
