Our client based in Bracknell are going through an exciting period of growth which has resulted in a new vacancy within their Case Handling team. Our client provides an outsourced service to Mortgage Lenders when it comes to selling property. You will act as the person between the Estate Agents who are selling the Property and your Client (the Mortgage Lender). You will be overseeing the smooth and best possible outcome for both parties. Communication (Both written and verbal) and Organisation are KEY in this role!
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying the most appropriate Estate Agents to market each individual property
- Entering property specifications on to the system.
- Interacting with clients and vendors, chasing appraisals and assessing the content for accuracy
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in asset details and/or valuations
- Managing any incoming enquiries
- Analysing local market conditions through liaison with vendors
- Researching and comparing recent sales of similar properties through internal data and other tools
- Assessing value of all properties and recommending the most effective marketing strategy to their clients
- Keeping in touch with local suppliers to stay up to date with current market trends which might inform asset values and sales strategies
