They offer a different style to lending and want to give everyone the opportunity to own their own property. As a result of their growth, they are seeking confident, empathetic and experienced Litigation Agents to join them from 7th April 2025. (This is a fixed start date, with no negotiation). The overall purpose of the role is to communicate with customers who have reached Litigation stage on their Mortgage Account. This will involve SPO’s, Eviction Notices/Dates, LBAs, Hearings and Forbearance. As part of this role, you will be dealing with calls in high-volume. The successful applicant will come from a Mortgage Litigation background for at least 2 years. We are not considering candidates who don't have this experience at this time.
