- 100% Telephone-Based, Debt Collections experience (Business 2 Consumer, B2C)
- Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Lender and has gone from strength to strength and almost doubled in size over the last few years. They offer a refreshingly different approach to mortgage lending and truly believe in trying to give everyone the opportunity to own their own property.
As a result of their growth, they are seeking experienced Mortgage Arrears Collections Agents, who are professional, confident and empathetic by nature. Successful applicants will also be used to treating customers as individuals demonstrating an understanding of their unique set of circumstances that has ultimately led them to fall behind on their payment(s).
The overall purpose of the role is to communicate with customers who have fallen into Arrears on their Mortgage account and provide them with positive solutions to their accounts, whilst adhering to regulations.
