This role is to ensure that our client remains industry compliant whilst consistently delivering the best customer outcomes.

Key investigations include:

  • Completing Quality Assurance on Operational Teams
  • Ordering and reporting on Mystery Shop results
  • Reporting on results and identifying any trends
  • Monitoring and reporting of incidents and near misses
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain documentation during audits
  • Assist in monitoring the physical security within the office
  • Investigate and write complaint responses

They are offering a basic salary of £25,625 with a bonus of up to £5,200 per annum.
