- 100% Telephone-Based, Debt Collections experience (Business 2 Consumer, B2C)

Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Lender that has almost doubled in size over the last few years. They offer a refreshingly different approach to mortgage lending and truly believe in giving everyone the opportunity to own their property. As a result of their growth, they are seeking experienced Mortgage Arrears Collections Agents who are professional, confident and empathetic by nature.
Successful applicants will treat customers as individuals, demonstrating an understanding of their unique circumstances that have ultimately led them to fall behind on their payments. The overall purpose of the role is to communicate with customers who have fallen into arrears on their mortgage account and provide them with positive solutions to their accounts while adhering to regulations and legislation. The working day will be spent primarily on the telephone, with a small amount of administration.
The successful applicant will come from a Collections Background within an FCA regulated environment. We are specifically looking for 'B2C' experienced collectors. The role requires attendance at training during the first 7 weeks following the start date. Full criminal and financial background checks will be carried out as part of the selection process.
