We are currently working with a highly reputable, multi office and ever expanding Law Firm who are recruiting for their Residential Property Team in Surrey.

The successful candidate should be 1-3 years pqe, will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions (of between 10-20 new instruction each month), both freehold and leasehold and include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties etc.

A willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement, together with commencing as a stand alone fee earner (no support).

This opportunity is a full time office based position.
