The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
You will manage a portfolio of International Client Accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating an allocation of cash, credit control, and payments.
- Liaising and resolving any legacy issues.
- Ensuring all debts are collected as soon as possible and all liabilities are settled within agreed credit terms.
- Reconciling all cash received.
- Completing processes on a timely and accurate basis.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers within timescales.
- Producing accurate and timely management information.
- Regularly liaising with other departments regarding outstanding queries, particularly cash queries.
- Ensuring that all outstanding cash under query with the clients/underwriters is met within timescales.
- Preparing and despatching statements of accounts in accordance with clients.
- Monitoring client money payments to intermediary placing brokers.
- Notifying appropriate individuals of potential bad debts.
- Building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate group policies and procedures.
- Able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
IBA experience within the Insurance Sector is required.
