We are currently working with a fantastic regional firm in the heart of Essex who are recruiting for their highly reputable residential property team. Successful applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in residential property and be seeking a long term career.

Duties will include:

  • Obtaining details on new enquiries
  • Onboarding of clients, including sending out TOBs and protocol forms
  • Sending and reviewing ID checks
  • Getting money on account
  • Collating SOF and AML information for checking by FE
  • Sending sale contract packs
  • Updating clients and agents/brokers
  • Call handling
  • Completion statements and bills
  • Arranging completion payments
  • Land Registry applications
  • Dealing with requisitions
  • File closing/archiving
  • Dealing with historic AS matters and files
