We are currently working with a fantastic regional firm in the heart of Essex who are recruiting for their highly reputable residential property team. Successful applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in residential property and be seeking a long term career.
Duties will include:
- Obtaining details on new enquiries
- Onboarding of clients, including sending out TOBs and protocol forms
- Sending and reviewing ID checks
- Getting money on account
- Collating SOF and AML information for checking by FE
- Sending sale contract packs
- Updating clients and agents/brokers
- Call handling
- Completion statements and bills
- Arranging completion payments
- Land Registry applications
- Dealing with requisitions
- File closing/archiving
- Dealing with historic AS matters and files
