Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Fee Earner to join their busy and expanding property team. They pride themselves on delivering a client-focused, high-quality service and are looking for someone who shares their commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
- Handle a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements (including AML, CQS, and SRA standards).
- Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
- Use case management systems and maintain accurate file records.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE (although applications from candidates with the right skills and potential from NQ level will be considered).
- A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
