Job Description Residential Conveyancer Our client, a multi office, modern law firm, are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Residential Conveyancing. They have a strong loyal client base, their fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters. Including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions. ~ 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing ~ Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters ~ Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development ~ Excellent administration and organisational skills ~ New builds Re-mortgages Help to buy Leasing and working with our Private Client Department Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 17:30 Company Pension Free on-site parking Private Medical Insurance Work From Home Conveyancing Law Expertise – Strong knowledge of residential property law and transactions. Case Management – Experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently. Attention to Detail – Accuracy in preparing legal documents and contracts. Client-Focused – Delivering high-quality service and managing client expectations. IT Proficiency – Competent in using LEAP and other digital tools.
