Job Description Our client are a well-established and busy law firm based in East London with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding Property Department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including: New build properties Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties. Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (although candidates with more or less experience demonstrating the required skills will be considered).
