An exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with excellent promotion prospects to join an established solicitor’s firm based in East London covering a wide range of areas of law including Residential Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law for both businesses and the individual.

The Job Role:
As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as:
- Property Disputes
- Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.)
- Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings
- Probate Disputes
- Inheritance claims
- Will validity claims
- Miscellaneous Debt recovery/repayment
- Building Disputes
Skills Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE
- Produce high quality work
