We are working with a multi office, rapidly expanding firm who have an exciting opportunity for a 3 year PQE solicitor to join their busy property team and be at the forefront of developing a brand new office in Hastings.
The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions, both freehold and leasehold, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties.
As this is for a new office, a willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement. The successful candidate will need to be happy to begin as a stand alone fee earner while the work levels build enough for the firm to recruit support staff. They will also need to eventually be able to deal with between 25-30 new files each month (with support).
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to really play a key part in driving the office forward and establishing the firm in the Hastings area.
