Motor Claims Technical Specialist

Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler:

• Proactively manage your own caseload of cases from notification through to settlement, covering a spectrum of experience including excess of loss, liability etc.
• Communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, and Clients alike
• Provide accurate updates on the process of their claim
• Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information, and making informative decisions within authority levels
• Experience managing Motor Claims
• Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on your own initiative
