This is an exciting opportunity to join this established and highly regarded Insurer, being a pivotal role within the business.
Responsible for managing the delivery of agreed sales targets within a specified region(s) via the sales, marketing and distribution of the panel of Product Providers contributing to the overall Divisional targets. This is a field sales role, whereby the individual will be visiting and selling to UK general insurance brokers on a face to face basis across a prescribed region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage revenue growth and deliver sales targets within an assigned region(s)
- Maximise product sales within an assigned region(s)
- Identify and deliver areas for growth within an assigned region(s)
- Plan and execute sales, marketing and distribution activities within an assigned region(s)
- Deliver the agreed distribution requirements with an assigned region(s)
- Maintain contact to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Maintain a solid understanding of the entire product range
- Undertake broker visits 3 days per week
- Maintain and develop client relationships: Brokers and Product Providers
- Update the core system with appropriate data relating to clients and business activities
- Complete all development tasks on time and to a high standard
- Attend events as and when required promoting the business
- Keep abreast of competitor activity
- Champion the brand visions and values and represent the company in a professional manner
- Control individual and assigned region(s) expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Deliver agreed ad-hoc projects and reports within a specified time
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
