We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client production team and contribute to delivering exceptional product quality, safety, and efficiency. The site focuses on recycling post-consumer plastics and producing high-quality recycled plastic granules used within sustainable manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business committed to environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Shifts and Hours
- 44 hours over 4 days per week (12 hours shifts including both days & nights)
- 1 hour unpaid break
- Flexibility required during non-production weeks.
- No weekends (May change as the business develops)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Product Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
- Operate Erema pelletizing machinery (full training provided).
- Support team members in meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Proactively contribute to the development of individual and team objectives.
- Promote cross-training and flexibility across the production department.
- Perform duties safely and in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, making improvement recommendations when needed.
- Immediately report any product quality or safety concerns to the Production Manager.
- Complete ad-hoc duties as required by the business (subject to appropriate training).

Qualifications & Experience

- Awareness of Product Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards.
- Valid Counterbalance Certificate (Essential)
