Our busy client, a construction firm based in Warrington, Westbrook area, is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Admin Assistant to support our team with data input and spreadsheet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data accurately into spreadsheets and internal systems
- Maintain and update project records and logs
- Assist with administrative tasks across the office
- Prepare reports and track project data
- Liaise with site teams to gather and organise information
- General office duties including filing, scanning, printing off work orders, and documents control
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience (construction background preferred but not essential)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
