Shifts: Various (Mon–Fri + weekends)
Due to continued growth, Recruit are now hiring Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Stretford. This is mainly general haulage, with Monday–Friday work and a choice of flexible shift patterns. Whether you're looking for ongoing steady work, a permanent position, or part-time flexi shifts, we can accommodate you.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Driving a Class 1 vehicle (Curtainsider or Box trailer)
- Deliveries and collections to RDCs across the UK
- No loading/unloading required
- Ensuring all loads are securely strapped and safe
PAY RATES (PAYE)
- £17.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
- £19.00 per hour – Overtime after 8 hours
- £17.00 per hour – Saturday
- £17.00 per hour – Sunday
Our client is a recognised, reputable company offering consistent, long-term work and strong earning potential.
You must have:
- Valid C+E Licence
- CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- At least 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- Good communication skills
- Own transport or ability to travel to Manchester
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences
