As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding recruitment services for our clients within the transport and logistics industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top driving talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.

- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial client meetings to placing candidates in suitable roles.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates meet legal and company compliance standards.
- Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team targets, maximising placements and generating revenue.
- Previous experience in recruitment or the driving/logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Full UK driving license (preferable but not essential).
