About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team. This role involves a variety of joinery tasks across residential social housing projects, including installation, repairs, and bespoke woodwork. The ideal candidate will take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of joinery work including first fix, second fix, and finishing
  • Install doors, windows, staircases, kitchens, and fitted furniture
  • Undertake repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members professionally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter
  • Multi-skilled background (e.g., basic plastering, tiling, or plumbing is advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Blue CSCS Card
