Office Administrator in Leigh

Recruit are currently recruiting for a experienced organised and reliable Office Administrator to join a busy team based in Leigh. previous laboratory experience would be desirable but not essential. This is a temporary, ongoing position and would suit someone who has strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working within a laboratory or technical environment. The Role As an Office Administrator, your duties will include: * Providing general administrative and office support * Maintaining accurate records and updating databases * Processing paperwork and documentation * Handling emails and telephone enquiries * Supporting the laboratory team with administrative tasks * Organising files, records and documentation * Inputting data accurately and efficiently * Liaising with colleagues and other departments * Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: * Highly organised and detail-oriented * Experienced in an administrative or office-based role * Ideally experienced within a laboratory environment * Confident using computers and Microsoft Office * Accurate with data entry and paperwork * A good communicator with a professional manner * Reliable, punctual and able to work independently * Comfortable working in a busy environment Benefits * £12.71 per hour * Temporary, ongoing position * Based in Leigh * Full-time hours * Opportunity to gain further experience within a laboratory environment * Friendly and supportive working environment
