LGV 1 HGV 1 CAT CE Class 1 Drivers in Gateshead

DAYS IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE Our client based in Gateshead is seeking LGV 1 day drivers. The work involved is mainly multi drop, Monday to Friday work, 7am starts. The shift hours can vary from 8.25 hours to 11.75 hours. Our client offers a generous scheme of payment for a full 10 hour shift even if your working hours are less. Anything above 10 hours will be paid at an hourly rate. The role includes the following - Driving a LGV HGV Class 1 vehicle with curtain sides or box trailers. Pallet network multi drop with 2 collections after deliveries Making deliveries and collections in a class 1 vehicle. In order to be successful in this role you will need the following - Digi Tacho Card A valid CAT CE Licence CPC Card Excellent communication skills No less than 2 years experience The ability to commute to Gateshead This role requires no more than 6 points on your licence for minor convictions and unfortunately we cannot accept any licences showing DR or IN convictions for insurance purposes.
