The Opportunity

As Office Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
You'll work closely with the leadership team, support employees across the business and help introduce new systems and processes that will support future growth.
This is a role where you'll be trusted, valued and encouraged to make it your own.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
- Source, implement and oversee a new CRM system.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees.
- Support HR administration and people processes.
- Manage company compliance, ensuring accreditations, policies and documentation remain current and supporting future accreditation projects, including ISO.
- Help keep projects and teams on track, ensuring actions are followed through.
- Support accounts administration, including raising purchase orders where required.
- Review and improve office processes and drive efficiencies.
- Provide operational support to the leadership team and contribute to the company's continued growth.
About You
- Previous Office Manager or Operations experience.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership.
- Experience supporting HR and onboarding.
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in business growth.
- Confident implementing new systems and improving processes.

- Experience with compliance and accreditations is advantageous.
- Accounts administration experience, including raising purchase orders, is desirable.
- Approachable, supportive and enjoys working within a close-knit team.
