The Role As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial air conditioning installations, primarily across VRF/VRV and split systems, from site installation through to commissioning and handover. Installing a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF/VRV and split systems. Working confidently with centralised controllers, control panels and associated electrical and control circuits. Commissioning large-scale VRF/VRV and split air conditioning systems. Reading, interpreting and working accurately from technical drawings, schematics and system documentation. Carrying out technical checks and fault finding where required, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Coordinating and overseeing works on site to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to the required Airflow standards. Working closely with our Projects Department and Company Directors to maintain excellent communication and successful project delivery. Liaising professionally with clients, site teams and other contractors where required. Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship and taking ownership of the quality of completed installations.
