The Role:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic construction team in Mexborough. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the estimating team by preparing, reviewing, and organising information required for project bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging jobs onto Excel spreadsheets
  • Answering phones
  • Staff holiday planning
  • General administration (filing, scanning, filling in permits & other paperwork etc)
  • New starter forms
  • Ensure all vehicles have valid Tax and MOT certificates
  • Book vehicles in for MOT/service/repairs and drop/collection vehicles from garage
  • Sort all parking and speeding fines, toll bridges and other additional expenses
