📄 Fixed Term Contract – 6 months

We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

We need sourcers who love sourcing, this your thing, not just a the route to or from being a recruiter. Good news, this is a Remote role.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

  • Sourcing across IT, corporate and specialised niche roles
  • Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity – helping managers make better decisions
  • Partner with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
  • Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

🔍 What You Bring:

  • An obsession with sourcing – going beyond Linkedin
  • Experience in actively identifying potential candidates for open positions through various channels.
  • Strategic headhunting techniques to engage with and attract top talent, especially those with specialised skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of evaluating candidates and presenting qualified shortlists to hiring teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
