Weβre hiring a Talent Sourcer to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
We need sourcers who love sourcing, this your thing, not just a the route to or from being a recruiter. Good news, this is a Remote role.
Youβll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.
π What Youβll Do:
- Sourcing across IT, corporate and specialised niche roles
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity β helping managers make better decisions
- Partner with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
