The RoleYou’ll be responsible for the delivery of recruitment marketing and talent attraction activity, owning top‑of‑funnel engagement and helping ensure the right candidates find their way into the process. You’ll balance creativity with data, ensuring campaigns are relevant, measurable, and aligned to real hiring priorities rather than generic brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver targeted recruitment marketing campaigns aligned to priority hiring needs, focusing on quality and relevance over volume.
- Own and optimise attraction channels, including job boards, social platforms, niche communities, and emerging channels.
- Support campus and early-career attraction, including events, partnerships, and pipeline‑building initiatives.
- Manage and optimise the careers site to improve visibility, engagement, and application conversion.
- Plan and deliver hiring events, both virtual and in‑person, ensuring they are conversion‑driven and outcome‑focused.
- Activate employer brand content across performance channels, translating brand assets into effective attraction activity.
- Improve the candidate journey at the top of the funnel, reducing friction and improving clarity from the first touchpoint to the application.
- Track and optimise performance, using data on sources, conversion, and efficiency to continuously refine approach.
- Demonstrable experience in talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or performance‑focused TA.
- A clear execution‑first mindset — someone who enjoys building and delivering campaigns.
- Commercial and data‑led approach to attraction.
- Comfortable working across multiple hiring audiences (corporate, tech, retail, early careers).
- Experience with ATSs, job boards, CRM tools, and social platforms.
- Exposure to campus / early careers hiring or events is a strong advantage.
