We’re currently building our talent pool for upcoming Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) embedded projects across the UK. If you\’re a Senior Talent Partner with a strong track record in hiring for commercial roles, we want to connect—so we’re ready when the next exciting project goes live.
What You’ll Be Doing (Once Embedded)
- Lead end-to-end hiring for commercial roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps
- Partner closely with commercial leaders (CROs, CMOs, Heads of Sales) to define hiring strategy
- Deliver a hands-on, high-touch recruitment experience across the full hiring lifecycle
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across the UK and international markets
- Act as a brand ambassador for the client—delivering on tone, values, and experience
- Use hiring data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales / GTM hiring (agency, in-house, or RPO background welcome)
- Comfortable working with fast-growing SaaS, Tech, or B2B Commercial teams
- Strong sourcing capability—knows how to go beyond job boards and LinkedIn
- Confident working directly with C-level stakeholders and revenue leaders
- Data-savvy—comfortable sharing pipeline metrics, channel performance, and market insights
- Able to manage multiple roles, markets, and hiring needs independently
- UK-based and happy to work fully remote (occasional travel if needed)

- Background in startup or scale-up environments
- Exposure to hiring for GTM functions like RevOps, Partner Sales, or Growth Marketing
