A leading global fintech company committed to operating in 30+ markets with over 4 million business customers. You’ll play a big part in helping them grow their team, especially in Volume Field Sales roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a fully embedded Talent Acquisition Lead within our client’s business, owning the hiring process from start to finish.
- Leading the Volume Field Sales activity - being a hands-on TA leader who knows the levers of high-volume hiring.
- Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders – providing real-time support, market insight, and strategic hiring advice.
- Sourcing talent proactively – using LinkedIn, specialist job boards, careers fairs, and social media to attract the best candidates.
- Keeping track of recruitment data, pipelines, and performance metrics – making smart decisions with it.
- Bringing The Rec Hub’s values to life, while proudly flying the flag for the client’s employer brand.
