📢 We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Lead (Field Sales) – UK

🌏 Location: London, UK – you’ll be working closely with both local and international teams on a hybrid basis

This is a FTC – minimum 6 months with a view to a permanent role.

A leading global fintech company committed to operating in 30+ markets with over 4 million business customers. You’ll play a big part in helping them grow their team, especially in Volume Field Sales roles.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a fully embedded Talent Acquisition Lead within our client’s business, owning the hiring process from start to finish.
  • You will lead the Volume Field Sales activity – you’ll be a hands-on TA leader who knows the levers of high-volume hiring – the people you need and what the data is telling you.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders – giving real-time support, market insight, and strategic hiring advice.
  • Sourcing talent proactively – using LinkedIn, specialist job boards, careers fairs and social media to attract the best candidates
  • Keeping track of recruitment data, pipelines, and performance metrics – and making smart decisions with it.
  • Bringing The Rec Hub’s values to life, while proudly flying the flag for the client’s employer brand.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in hiring Field Sales at scale, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions.
  • A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset – you love solving problems and making things better.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment (with a sense of humour helps too!).
  • Someone who can fix what’s broken. Optimising what’s not. Scaling what works.
  • You'll be ale to partner with Sales, Enablement, Ops, and Leadership to make sure everyone’s in sync.
  • Using data, not gut feel, to drive performance and improve conversion across the funnel.
