We are hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a fast-growing European fintech business as they scale their team. We are partnering with them to support hiring across their core non-tech verticals such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and People/HR.
This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation.
- Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business areas, from briefing and talent mapping through to offer and close.
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months.
Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech environment. Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People. Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines. Strong stakeholder management skills.
This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.
