We’re hiring a number of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to support a new client with a focus on hiring Data professionals across EMEA. This is an office based role in London. You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast, with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
  • Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
  • Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
  • Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
