At The Rec Hub, we don’t just fill jobs — we build teams that change industries. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Partner who lives and breathes tech hiring. You’ll be the go-to for scaling engineering, AI/ML, data, and product teams across Europe and beyond.
This isn’t a role for “just a recruiter.” We need a multiskilled Talent Partner who can:
- Partner with product-led tech companies.
- Run end-to-end hiring processes for Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers & more.
- Advise stakeholders with market insights and data-led hiring strategies.
- Balance sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder management like a pro.
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office for team collab & vibes)
What you’ll be doing:
- Full-cycle hiring across tech functions: software, AI/ML, data, product.
- Building relationships with hiring managers as their trusted talent advisor.
- Sourcing top-tier talent globally and bringing diverse pipelines to the table.
- Driving hiring strategies and process improvements.
- Juggling multiple roles across different markets—this is fast-paced and hands-on!
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in tech recruitment (agency, RPO, in-house — we don’t mind).
- Strong sourcing skills and a nose for spotting top talent in niche markets.
- Confident partnering with hiring teams and giving data-backed advice.
- Someone who enjoys variety — we’re talking software engineers one day, data scientists the next.
