We’re The Rec Hub, and we’re not your average talent partner. We embed into scaling tech companies and actually make hiring happen. Now, we’re after a Senior Talent Partner who knows their way around tech hiring — from Software Engineers to AI, ML, Data, and Product teams.

🔍 What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end hiring for high-growth tech companies.
• Partner with hiring managers — challenge them, guide them, and deliver results.
• Source globally, build diverse pipelines, and fill those “impossible” roles.
• Spin multiple plates — think engineers, data scientists, and product managers — all at once.

💡 What we need from you:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment — software, data, product.
• Sourcing wizardry — LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, you know the drill.
• Comfortable advising stakeholders with data-backed insights.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

📍 Location: Manchester (Remote-first but we’ll get together for team days & socials)
