We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across UK + Nordics. This is an excellent client that needs additional support as they embark on a new growth project. This is a Hybrid role with some office time in London. You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for our client. You will know the gaming industry inside out, with a mix of technical, AI and creative roles - think about the roles that games need to be built.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
  • Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
  • Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
  • Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
