Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for tech hiring.

Working at the rec hub and supporting our partner -you will be supporting their technical hiring across 5 roles for a short-term project.
We expect this to be a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

- Technical recruitment experience.
- Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
- Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
- Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
