As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to deliver exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will be supporting technical hiring across 5 roles for a short-term project, expected to last a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.

  • Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
  • Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
  • Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
