We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Sales and Go-to-Market roles, specifically Field Sales. If you thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments and enjoy working internationally across cultures, this is the role for you. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, and fintech experience is a strong advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales & GTM functions (e.g. Field sales, SDRs etc)
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
- Source top-tier talent using creative, multi-channel strategies
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on Sales hiring in fintech or scaling tech companies
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent pools
- Confident managing stakeholders independently and influencing hiring outcomes
- Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset
