We’re The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment pros directly into some of the world’s most exciting tech scale-ups. Right now, we’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the People Ops team of a global, fully remote, open-source powerhouse (millions of users, loved by NASA 👀).
The role:
You’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the GTM recruitment team, keeping processes smooth, candidates happy, and hiring managers smiling. From scheduling interviews across time zones to keeping the ATS in top shape, you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the friendly first point of contact for all GTM candidates with the EU and US teams (Sales & Solutions Engineering).
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat.
- Keep ATS (Greenhouse) data accurate and reporting-ready at all times.
- Chase feedback and keep hiring processes on track against agreed SLAs.
- Support recruitment projects like hiring manager training, policy reviews, and candidate pipelining.
- Help spot and fix process gaps before they slow things down.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ talent/recruitment coordination experience (bonus points for US experience)
- High-volume scheduling skills — juggling time zones is your superpower.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS tools.
- Top-tier organisation and follow-through skills.
