We are hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a fast-growing European fintech business as they scale their leadership team. We are partnering with them to support strategic leadership hiring across multiple functions, including sales and technical leadership. This role sits within our delivery team but works deeply embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation. Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end leadership hiring across multiple business areas, from briefing and talent mapping through to offer and close.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define leadership profiles, challenge assumptions, and ensure hiring decisions are based on real business needs.
  • Run executive-level search strategies, building targeted talent maps across fintech, SaaS, and high-growth technology businesses.
  • Engage and attract senior candidates and passive talent, managing complex conversations around motivation, impact, and opportunity.
  • Manage the data behind the search, helping leaders understand the market and make better hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience for senior leaders throughout the process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve hiring practices and bring structure to leadership recruitment.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior leadership roles, with the confidence to partner directly with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines of senior candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising and influencing senior leaders.
  • Commercial awareness, you understand how leadership hires shape company strategy and growth.
  • Highly organised and structured, able to manage complex searches and multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball.
