We’re hiring a Talent Partner to sit right at the heart of Rec Hub. This is a proper dual role. Your main focus is hiring for our own business, building the teams that deliver for our clients. When internal hiring slows down, you’ll switch lanes and help new clients hire their own Talent Partners and TA professionals on a contract and permanent basis.
So yes, you need to love delivery. But you also need to be comfortable in commercial conversations, not just talking about candidates, but also scope, timelines and rates. This is not an agency role. It is not high-volume CV flipping. It is hands-on, grown-up talent partnering with a commercial edge.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring for Rec Hub roles, from intake through to offer and onboarding
- Run proper intake meetings with our account, sales and delivery leads
- Source directly using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and your own network
- Build and maintain strong talent pools of permanent, contract and interim TA professionals
- Manage interviews, feedback and offers, keeping candidates properly informed
- Keep the ATS clean and useful
- Support contingent and contract hiring for clients when needed
- Have commercial conversations around scope, timelines and rates within agreed frameworks
- Manage expectations on availability, notice periods, market reality and IR35 where relevant
- Work closely with the Talent Strategy Director and Delivery Managers on workforce planning and future demand
What You Bring:
- Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in TA or People hiring
- Strong sourcing skills and the confidence to headhunt when needed
- Comfort talking to stakeholders about more than just “who is available”
- Organised, reliable and not allergic to process or data
- Commercial awareness, you understand that hiring lives in the real world of budgets and deadlines
- Candidate-first mindset, you treat people like humans, not transactions
- Able to work independently without disappearing off the radar
Why This Role Is Different:
- You will influence how we build our own teams, not just fill seats
- You will get exposure to both delivery and commercial conversations
- You will build a network of TA professionals across multiple markets
- You will be trusted to run your patch, not micromanaged
